In this work, new trends have been put together with the building type of traditional construction. The villa has indeed been conceived with the lines of modern and minimalist design and all the featuring elements of the building tradition ( such as reinforced concrete structure, brick infill walls, masonry slab floors and roof covering, finish system (EIFS) with expanded polystyrene (EPS)).
Furthermore, the building is certified as Class A for the EU Energy label.
